Q1 REV=$1020.00 / Q2 REV=$313.00 = Authorized Reverse Split announced 8/21/12 = no one wants the product on their phone with the exception of a handful of people out of the 365 million in America. This company is so far in debt they would have to make $500,000 -$1,000,000 net profit per quarter for a few years solid just to get back to even. People flipping burgers for a living GROSS more than this fine publicly traded company........LOL

In the meantime they authorized a reverse split, which when announced will adversely affect the PPS, and NOT to the upside....IMO

(they also work out of a UPS drop box).......nice corporate image.....lolzz

So, you cannot say NO ONE wants this on their phone

I deleted that POS app, as did a lot of people.

It's a great product and a great service.

Or you can just show some self control and not answer your phone while driving...that's a free service.

Most people just dont look at their cellphone while driving.. the others are probably too busy drinking to remember to turn their app on when they get in a car.

The whole app idea is ridiculous. Nobody with half a brain will buy this app and if they do they will quickly remove it because they will forget to turn it off after they get out of the car.

I can see the thought process now.. "Hey.. I should turn my anti-texting app on. NAHHHH. I'll just leave my cell phone in the cupholder until I get to where Im heading."

Good post Stocker3. The general public watching TV and seeing the infomercial would not be a short investor, nor would they be interested in 10Q regurgitations. We see constant regurgitations of 10Q info all day long on this forum, but the TV viewers will not be seeing any of that.

As far as anyone wanting the app or not? Here's a fact to cut through all the BS being posted: 1000~5000 people obviously wanted this app and downloaded during the Rock2Live offer, and guess what? I bet a majority were students. Here's the link:

Harrington will sell and has huge incentives to do so. Some of the more successful Harrington efforts were pre-HM3. Tim Harrington went off and made his own company. He is obviously successful at what he does. The company gets a cut, and if successfull, Harrington will push more and get the most from the incentives...generating more revenue for OPMG.
