I did too, drained my battery....poorly designed app(useless), phone works great now :-)

I deleted that POS app, as did a lot of people.

I prefer to use the app. It's professional. My clients expect a expedious response and this let's them know I am driving (or on my way to their meeting, etc.) instead of just not answering them.

To each his own. I think it is a great product.
