Here is an idea. Management of this company can stop the dilution and sell some of their tens of millions of personal shares to finance the company. It would probably benefit them in the long run and it would help the pps. Might also provide some accountability for the company's expenses.....

Bag8ger... It continues to be perplexing (read that frustrating and outrageous) that the SMALL amount of dilution occuring is disproportionate to the millions of shares daily volume and the constant walk down of the pps...

Our current OS is approximately 113,000,000 shares outstanding...which means we have only added less than 60 million shares since the RS...not much of a dilution at all.

Our current volume total since 13 July after the RS is 123,039,230 shares in 2 1/2 months...

More shares have been sold to date than are available from our OS!

And I know I haven't sold my shares and neither has many other longs who are holding tight...so where's the oversold condition coming from...?

Gosh...do you think it could be...shorting?

Bottom line is that 113 million shares OS out of 1.5 billion shares authorized is NOT substantial dilution...a trickle maybe...

The dilution cry is simply a distraction to the chronic market manipulation... It's easier to get mad at DNAG than face the sleeze and greed in the market...

Today again is an excellent example...DNAG did their job and keeps making good progress and announced a PR about a potential anemia drug with a $10 BILLION market...and the pps drops...again.

The "Stockgate" scandal is growing and getting harder and harder to deny.

Just my humble opinion of course.

DNAG longs...hang in there...lots of projects coming to fruition in 2006 and 2007!

God Bless and take care,

Robert

Bag8ger,

Does my last post contradict/wholly conflict with what you just said here, ...or is there a middle ground somewhere??

TIA

"Be out of business?" Bag8ger, the business model is dilution and convertible financing.
