If not for the financing the dilution provides, DNAP would soon be out of business.
Because of the low pps, manipulated in my opinion, they have been forced into dilutive financing, it's the only way they can survive.
Pray for news which will guarantee increasing revenues enough to break the grasp of greedy market makers and other feeders from this company they have and continue to view as a cashcow trough.
