of them all ABX killers, the standouts are

1) latest criminal charges for ¨falsification of a public deed, namely PASCUA LAMA PROTOCOL¨

including TESOROS titles which have been admitted by MINERA NEVADA LIMITADA (Pascua Lama protocol owner for BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION) as never owning the titles. HENCE FALSIFICATION is proven day one.

2) Proven criminal libel - injuries by Barrick publishing march 2012 in Sapnish, as imilar article to December´s 2011 against MSX and Jorge Lopehandia, namely indicating that Jorge Lopehandia had nothing to do with TESOROS - so to imply that BARRICK did.

Jorge Lopehandia has TESOROS in his name impounded and seized juidically by injunction 2001 to date.

Such injunction C-1912-2001 impeached anyone to include TESOROS at PASCUA LAMA PROTOCOL hence it is falsified and libel exists.

3) Jorge Lopehandia v. COUNSEL FOR DEFENSE OF THE STATE of Chile, due to irregularities in the approval process of PASCUA LAMA PROTOCOL is another huge bust for ABX and its false pretenses to own TESOROS or PASCUA LAMA as filed at OSC and SEC thus far.

All of the above after acceptance of burden of proof prior to criminal charges by Chilean Justice system, indicates at this date (no need to wait for outcome) that BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION filings at OSC and SEC re PASCUA MINE CHILE a.k.a PASCUA LAMA FRAUD, are flawed, doctored, falsified and flagrant perjury 2012.

Independent of future results, at6 this date, BARRICK is guilty as proven by our legal teams, court admitted by them and their attorneys at a court of law and guilty as charged.

100% of these results do favor MSX in Chile and Canada whereat legal rights have been norn to MSX and its shareholders, thanks to the admitted crimes by Barrick´s lawyers and its Chile subsidiaries.
