I hope we are all wrong but disaster relief is handled mostly by gov't agencies and volunteer groups.One hulluva idea that streamlined costs and,or enhanced response time would probably be marketable but we are seeing zero from our boys that remotely indicates they have any clue what they are doing.If it looks like a duck...etc.. $$$$$$$$GRDO$$$$$$$$$
