There are some, and I am beginning to lean this way, that believe the CEO is up to his old games again. He has had a previous company that was a failure. We are constantly bombarded with opinions that great things are about to happen. Each time, something causes a delay in a launching of a product. Official filings confirm minor increses in revenue but massive increases in debt. The promoters argue that it is good debt and that a start up company needs to fund its operations this way. The also use predatory lenders to finance operations. The reason these types of funding options take place is that the product and/or the company leadership are not respected by professional investors and financers. More and more each day it is becoming apparent that the company is using promoters on sites like this and paid promotions to continue to dilute with enourmous amounts of shares dumped into the market. Very soon there will be a RS or another massive increase in AS. You will continue to hear that there will be no RS that was confirmed in the CC. The CC was a farce and did nothing to shore up the pps or the company. This is all leading to a terrible but predictable ending. All you have to do is research the CEO himself to come up with the same conclusion. This is a pattern that is being repeated. The CEO will walk away with his technology and our money to begin the process once again.
