Well, perhaps it doesn't matter for the Swedes if SIAF is listed there, but it certainly matters to me. As I've repeatedly said, an uplist is no guarantee of anything, especially for a Chinese stock.

I do care what happens in the US after an uplist. And, if I recall correctly, you're a German that emigrated to the US. So, the PPS here should be very important to you also.

if you look at an uplist to an US senior exchange purely as a springboard to a Stockholm exchange listing where the company stock will be fully valued (P/E maybe 8-15 vs. 2 now in the US) then it doesn't matter what the PPS in the US does after the uplist. If it takes a r/s to get there, so be it.
