if you look at an uplist to an US senior exchange purely as a springboard to a Stockholm exchange listing where the company stock will be fully valued (P/E maybe 8-15 vs. 2 now in the US) then it doesn't matter what the PPS in the US does after the uplist. If it takes a r/s to get there, so be it. JMO
