I live just south of Boston and Papa Gino's and D'Angelos are prevalent in the area. D'Angelos are similar to Subway sandwich stores and Papa Gino's seems to compete with Pizza Hut. I have been looking for a case study...maybe this will be it. Maybe they won't be as reluctant to discuss their computer security strategy as opposed to say Bank of America. It's a start!
Solas, it appears that Papa is an east coast company, with most locations in New England. I will be heading to Maine in January or February, so I will see if I can find one. Interested in knowing if they are using Dell machines, and if thier network will include POS terminals.
