I understand why people use prepaid cards. They stand in line right here in this country too. When I lived in Naples where there are tons of people that should not be in the US, walmart was jamed up on fridays and end of the month. Don't see that as much here in here the dixie thank God. I get where u are coming from BUT again I say, what 3rd world citizen is going to use the internet to order one of these cards. I have not been there but I would bet ya those cards are sold over the counter. Green dot has that buisness wrapped up as does walmart IMHO. Val can't even open up this piddly little store in po dunk north east FL that was Pred for obvious reasons other than retail sales. I will be a buyer at the bottom and sell the tops QUICK LOL. Trading real markets is where the moneys at for the most part anyway IMHO.
