Tops ...the cards real value is providing a way to make sure we get paid in a third world country...we take for granted everything works smoothly here financially, checks, the mail , credit cards etc......in these 3rd world countries - not so - so the cards purpose is just that to make sure we get paid....alot of these countries believe it or not work this way today - prepaid - you charge your card up periodically and all is well ...when I was in Venezuela I saw 100's of people standing in lines to pay their power and land line phone bills ?????? It was absurd the people lines were literally wrapped around the building...some people pay people to stand in line for them - then when its their turn someone calls them, they hurry over and swap places in line...its crazy I know but how it goes in some places even today .........so if somebody told you hey you dont have to stand in line anymore in a place like that - you would be all over it ;) .
