I agee and I think the biggest problem is that there was an open opportunity to put the pessure on Shiva to deliver, and I feel as though he walked away with no sense of urgency...that being said, based on what he talked about in the CC we all assumed he was going to put the information out to the public. I'm just gonna sit back and see what happens, I'm long TIVU...hopefully it doesn't take that long, LOL. GLTA.

Thats because most people work for a living, unlike shiva, and the others probably couldn't get access to the CC. You can take up for the guy all you want, but if he really wants people to start taking him seriously he will act like a real CEO and not a jackass taking peopl for a ride. Prove me and the rest of this board wrong, secret CC with no follow up PR's that pertained to it...come on now. I am not attacking you, just the idiot running this company. I would love to tell him to his face what I think and what the hell he is doing with this company and our money. Tell you what, he can call me, if he has the guts. I will gladly give him my number, but he better realize that I won't be agreeing to no damn privacy agreement crap.
