The CC was not secret. Nor was it DIFFICULT to be included. All one had to do was sign up via the website with some person info and number of shares held. Accepting access and getting a code was the only form of NDA included. Many follow the rules and don't care to battle it out with the tax man or SEC therefore, we conform to the rules.
