#139844 RE: Squirt #139842

I think many of us probably are able to bring value to WSGI. Gotcha's assessment of the static nature of the board is probably correct at the moment. There are people on this board that have far more to contribute than I do I am sure. I am a novice at social media but I am fascinated by their (media is a plural) ability to build virtual communities. I like the townsfolk here and, like Gotcha in a recent exchange, I have a lot to learn from them. A great company is like Apple where SH's are fans. WSGI is the opposite of that at the moment IMO--but that makes the social challenge all the more interesting.

That is a little bit of an indirect answer so I won't leave it there. I'll try to follow Gotcha's example. I love LTA and know it first hand pretty well from 16 cu meters down. I read A LOT about bigger stuff and try to connect with the guys who use it. For example the stuff coming back from Afghanistan is junk and that still leaves business opportunities along the border IMO. The box is the potential beginning of a great line of products IMO.

Hey you cheerlead what you know--I think there are opportunities for WSGI in tactical LTA. And, if CT is wrong and the BIB really exists, IMO it wouldn't be hard to build off it into a tactical line that COULD be used under FAA part 101 for law enforcement other than federal and maybe some corporate stuff--picture traffic control at NASCAR for example. Tactical would also have a shorter sales cycle IMO.

I am an external processor and I use this board to clarify my thoughts on what a potential partnership with WSGI would look like for our company in case my boss would ever want to pursue it. I don't get paid to do this, I do it because I love the field. We have LOADS of opportunities but this one is close to my heart--surely you can tell. He is on vacation and the jury is still out in his mind I know. I suspect this board retains corporate history--good and bad that nu management does not know. At the core I am a researcher of course.

To my knowledge, WSGI has no mechanism to mobilize shareholder expertise and capacity apart from reading this board if they indeed do as Nil and Mide believe. I don't know if my ideas are good but I drop plenty of hints here as how I think you should play for a strategy in 21st century LTA. IMO you only find out if you have it when you start selling.

Oh, I guess the answer is--I don't know if I could bring value to WSGI. My boss thinks I bring value to his company and that is all that matters to me. Sorry, best I could do and still be totally honest, Indy.
