I'm all upset that CDEX was somehow forced to honor it's notes. No one forced CDEX to write notes to cover it's debts. Again , you just have to wonder what did CDEX think was going to happen when a note comes due.

I can see it now, I know your note is due and we own you your money, but we ain't got it.
Who is forcing the note into default? CDEX , who wrote the note and promised to pay, but doesn't or the note holder?

Gosh I wonder what a mortgage bank would do? We still have no idea what was offered to the 14 that agreed to whatever. Just some posters "word" that is was obvious that they had to take it.

The larger theme is that over and over CDEX has failed to honor it's business obligations. That is why they are where they are. Obligations for services, materials and pay, all just taken, they gotta word for that. I can't pay you your wages, I'll write you a note. I can't pay for what I just took from you or what you just did for us, can I give you some shares in CDEX to pay your rent, debts and employees?

Use others money for the advantage of CDEX and then blame the people they borrowed from for not allowing CDEX to sucker them again. No need to list the names , everyone knows who they are. Oh and one can wrap themselves in whatever holy wrap you like , it still won't hide what they really are.
