LOL, The Senior noteholders voted 14 to 3 to help Cdex stay out of BK. Even the creditors wanted Cdex to be allowed time to finish the fourth quarter. VOTE, by doggy the VOTE was loud and clear, let Cdex continue, and see if they can become profitable.
But oh no, the 3 dissenters said no, they wanted the absolute impossible by asking to be treated special. They pushed Cdex into BK.
