haj, to be honest I don't even know what Estaban is referring to about the "Loose Goose of Cetek". And I guess, quite frankly I shouldn't care.
I haven't looked back to check the 1st date I got into this penny, but I'm sure it is well over 2 years. I joined this board after I owned shares in this penny. We had a lot of hopes back then. And now we are approaching a fork in the road, and FH is not helping the investors make informed decisions as the O/S continues to work it's way to the cap of 9B.
If FH didn't put a gag order on the TA like he has I'd be more optimistic about this company. But the pinky silence coupled with the gag order on the TA really troubles me. I own other pennies and the CEO has not gagged the TA. This TA won't tell us if an R/S is on file and current! I'm not a lawyer, however I feel that it should be illegal. I do think that once the r/s is filed with the TA (even if the effective date is 1 week out) that it becomes Public Domain data. I learned that by exploring this topic with the NASDAQ once. However since FH is not on the NASDAQ possibly he and his so called lawyer has found a loophole. Once I blew the whistle on another penny CDIK (i posted on rb) when the TA disclosed the filed r/s. Before the R/S was finally executed the CEO pull the plug on it. That all happened in less than 1 week. So I understand the process. I'm not an investment lawyer however I think the FH gag order on the TA with respect to an R/S may (or should be) illegal. I wish I had the time and resources to prove/disprove that. Will the SEC investigate it. NO. Of course not. CTKH is a little pinky well off the SEC rador. I welcome any other posters opinion on the legality of a Pinky CEO putting a gag order on their TA with respect to an R/S.
So the CTKH World keeps turning with the lights out.
