I hope you're right about PWC forcing ERICY to ante up its FULL provisional obligations to IDCC come March. Let's hope that international accounting standards don't let them off the hook.
And now that I think a little more about it, I'd say I'd rather have IDCC announce and Her Honor Judge Lynn approve a big fat settlement before it comes time for ERICY to file its audited financials.
