The shareholders would get no money back, however it might prevent others from trying the same thing that these individuls did do. There is document after document indicating insider trading that was completed, and there appears to be a lack if control on the part of the officers involved.
Once again, the money is gone, I am smart enough to realize that, but I personally hope that somehow someway that there is justice served on the officers so that it will show others that this kind of blatant disregard for stockholders investments will not be tolerated and if it does occur that the individuals involved will be dealt with .
