Maybe they could but I don't think that it is going to happen but that is just my opinion. I just don't think that EI is very high on the SEC list of violators. Maybe you should drop the SEC a note with your list of complaints about the company. It may not do a lot of good but at least you will feel like it was given your best shot. I am sure that others have taken this route and are now just patiently waiting to see if there are any results from the complaints.

Say the SEC did end up frying Eternal Image with no flour as you say, DO THE SHAREHOLDERS BENEFIT FROM THIS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM??? THE ANSWER IS NO!!! NOBODY GETS THEIR MONEY BACK. GONE, GONE, LONG GONE.

Most that shareholders may get is a little REVENGE!! LOL!!
