texb: Further, the Nokia Master Agreement and Patent License Agreement were excluded from the filed exhibits (though referenced in those filed) perhaps because they contain nothing that has generated revenue as yet. Is previous revenue generation the common thread? Sounds good at the moment.

Thank you for your input regarding the IDCC TDD solution being a significant revenue factor. I might add that the IDCC TDD chip probably is available immediately as a bolt on hardware and software module that can be added very simply to existing chip sets.
