Skibum, I agree. The fact that Helpful Technologies agreed to accept all shares they were due with a full one-year restriction shows they certainly expect the value to increase going forward, not diminish. No one accepts restricted shares as compensation unless they have strong confidence in the underlying company and business plans. I would not be surprised if much of the buying lately was from the Helpful Technologies side to gain a free-trading position in anticipation of pps appreciation here in the near future.

AVIX Provides Update on License and Services Agreement

TORONTO, Apr 26, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- AVIX Technologies, Inc. (the "Company" or "AVIX") (Pink Sheets: AVIX) announced today that it has commenced towards the Closing of the Software License and Services Agreement with Helpful Technologies Inc. for MyLottoClicks Software.

AVIX will issue Twenty Five Million (25,000,000) shares of Common Stock in form of a deposit, and upon the Closing, under the terms of the Agreement, will issue the balance of Seventy Five Million (75,000,000) shares, of which Fifty Million (50,000,000) shares will be redeemable from Helpful Technologies, Inc. in cumulative payments for a total of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) to satisfy the full payment within one year of the Closing. All shares of Common Stock to be issued to Helpful Technologies, Inc. will have a one-year restriction as may be permitted under Rule 144 under the Securities Act of 1933.

Helpful Technologies, Inc. has agreed to transfer the domain names associated with MyLottoClicks Software and will assist in the further development and subsequent launch of MyLottoClicks.com website.

He may be buying but with as many shares as he has I doubt he is buying more. On the other hand, for every buyer there has to be a seller and over 12 mil have been sold in the past 45 days. What I am suggesting, and I may be all wet here, is that ever since Avix started down the path with Helpful, employees of Helpful probably started to buy shares in anticipation of them going up once the deal was closed and maybe dumping them now that it has. They probably know that the projected forecast is pie in the sky and will probably not even come close to the numbers forecast.
