I am only making an educated guess here Roklin...but Sergey Gurin has 100 million RESTRICTED AVIX shares...I feel he may be buying, not selling, so he can participate in the near term rise in the PPS based on imminent announcements. Usually company employees follow the cue of their leadership.....when management buys or sells, they follow lock step.
