This pig is done. When a company stops issuing quarterly financials it's the end game. The recent company email nothing more than a move to distance themselves from shareholders just like when they failed to host a Q1 conference call.

Plenty of warning signs; declining margins, constant dilution, no profits and no history of profits, unaudited financials, errors in financial reports, no quarterly conference call, reverse split, past due notes, share sales into PR's, etc.
