arrogance????
Let me paint a different picture....
Suppose you owned 67% of a company and were working to build a company that would:
1. provide you a return for your investment of time and money.
2, would build something that would be long-standing, giving you an on-going return or something that when you sold it would set you up for life.
Further, you have the knowledge that even though you are a corporation, you can do anything you want because any "group" that holds more than 51% of a corporation can "hold a meeeting" and pass any resolution they wanted to change the direction or plans of said corporation.
Now the question....
Would you worry about the 33% of the company you didn't own... or would you spend your time doing 1 and 2 above???
They aren't arrogant.... they just don't care nor need us to accomplish THEIR goals!
