I can't disagree with you Newly. I sense it's gonna all end badly. But there may be two economies; the well off and everyone else.

Here is from a recent article posted yesterday @ Bonddad blog.

"Housing permits rose to 812,000. This is the first time over 800,000 and the highest level in 4 years. Permits have risen over 200,000 on an annualized basis over the last year."

Nothing about "buy now", just a look at the statistics behind the articles you are seeing.
