Bern - I'm sure you're aware that, in as much as you could be right, the company in question would still get the 'E' added for the appropriate amount of trading sessions. 20 days, I believe it is? (IMO)

I respectfully disagree with your conclusion as to why there has been no 'E' added to the ASYI ticker. The addition of an 'E' has nothing to do with the numerical times you've filed late, IMO, it comes simply when you are late.
