ASYI goes straight to pink sheets for a one year probation, no E is added. This has been extensivly DD'd back in april and posted on ASYI board with info from the SEC.

I respectfully disagree with your conclusion as to why there has been no 'E' added to the ASYI ticker. The addition of an 'E' has nothing to do with the numerical times you've filed late, IMO, it comes simply when you are late.
