The problem with the news is that it is clear that we have gone from "Sole rights to manufacture and distribute" the VKB to buying them from a manufacturer, the same way they buy new Palm Pilot covers or cell phone cases. They are just buying them, marking them up and re-selling them.
This makes it plainly obvious that this mess will never resolve into the same kind of deal that drove it to the pennies only a few years ago.
My prediction is that this is the end of the VKB fiasco and it will not drive the pps much higher than the peak a couple of weeks ago.
