Everybody KNOWS ASYI is no longer reported on the OTCBB. Well, apparently not! Your link is USELESS. ASYI was REMOVED from OTCBB when the filed LATE AGAIN. They haven't been on OTCBB for a long time.

The 10Q is late because the company is hiding information. A 8K does not get filed by FANTASY MERGER companies. Why would a company intentionally pay extra to get current on filings when they could spend less by loaning filing fees to ASYI? Why would Beatty not loan the money to file? Broke too? Why would Ullah not loan the money to file? Already loaned money that his company may not ever get back?

Halt? Wouldn't doubt it but also wouldn't doubt that it never trades again after a halt.
