There doing more than that. I own a stock that has a plant in Pelotas, Brazil and they got a big low interest loan from th Bank of Brazil. I don't remember the amout, think it was like $10,000,000. But, $1,000,000 of it went for road improvement in the industrial park my company is in. Usually for basic start up companies loans come with dilutive warrants of 10% or more. But, this is how Brazil is doing it and probably has done a lot of it above that $66 billion in deals as I mentioned.
