Correct me if I'm wrong but the reason janetcanada's buy showed up as a sell is because somebody sold to her on the bid. At the time of the trade the spread was .032x.036. She had an order in for .032 and somebody was willing to sell to her hence a sell. There is always a buyer and a seller for every trade. IMO that is not manipulation.
