Lucky,,,I'm a fellow novice but I don't think so, here's why. We are 3 months from trial, if this was needed prior to trial IDCC would have filed this 3 months prior to the first trial date (Feb 10) or back in November, right. I won't sleep well this weekend, for once I think we have a valid reason to speculate on this coming to a conclusion very soon....party on Dudes
