If thats what needed to meet requirements a lot of investors will see it as inefficiency. The O/S was diluted by over 100 million shares in 6 months, its normal for a penny, but thats the problem. Most pennies are nothing special.
There are other parts of the financial that look good, but I think dilution of any kind creates a big red flag.
Be nice to see it close over .0055 and keep the uptrend intact. Could see a pop after the big sell off.
Just how low is the question now, You said I would be waiting as if it would not happen, and less then 24 hours I have a great entry, but I think we are looking at .004 again. Thats 100% or going from 2 mil to 4 mil. It's all about making the right choices.
Yes, but the increase in SS was in the form of preferred shares, not common stock on the open market. Some stock probably has hit the open market, but not much as Highflier has explained. I believe he is 100% correct in his analysis. Though the number of shares issued has grown, the float has largely stayed the same.
