Only way for a company to meet its short term capital requirements (CE Mark, new product development, begin marketing efforts) ahead of revenue growth was through equity financing. Not a surprise, many follow the S/S very closely. I personally didn't need the 2Q report to tell me this.

I viewed it as a necessity, some may not. I like that the company is looking very attractive now with a S/S that has remained pretty nice.
