The best move NAK or LBSR can make,

would be to use a portion of profits
to buy back The nonAlaskan fishing permits
and donate them to Native Corporations
to hold for the members, so individuals
cant sell them off to nonAlaskan interests.

They can do it in the open market when
permits come up for sale from time to time

NonAlaskan commercial fisherman kill more
salmon than 7 Pebbles ever will
