I would say that tha Native Alaskans were snookered by gready boat owners. Boat owners,hummmm! Indians are not part of the system,they cannot afford BOATS. So they are now just out of LUCK! HA HA, so now they will never be part of the Lodge members! OH i forgot, they never were. But now JB&BOD have an open DOOR for them to begin creating their prosperity,soon they can buy back their Bristol Bay seine net fishing rights from the opportunistic Lodge members. They will build their own LODGE. They will build their own fish farms. They will find an hopeful future with the abundance provided to them via LBSR. With all of my heart i hope the Natives are our new JV partner. I hope they will reap wounderful bounty thru the great opportunity of mining the LBSR claims. Much more could be said but must stop for the moment.
