On the presumption of innocence, I'd be more inclined to accept the actual wording from the Chilean Code of Criminal Procedure than to rely on an unnamed telephone source in Chile. Seems more objective to me. The actual wording, translated, (Article 4 of the CCP) is:

"Presumption of the innocence of defendants: No person shall be considered guilty nor treated as such until a guilty verdict is issued."

What is Jorge's lawyer trying to pull? He obviously knows and understands these reforms to Chile's criminal law (or one would hope), and yet MSX has included this apparently misleading information in the PR.
