Ok, points taken, I would have to agree as well, just thought that perhaps Jorge this time around could not get screwed when backed with a public traded company so I guess that would be out of the question but really
without putting a shovel in the ground, msx shareholders would be probably quite happy taking something like $60 each per share and walking away
I do understand Jorge has great integrity but just thought that may be the easier way out as MSX better raise money for court Faster then snot running from my nose or

They may not have to due what facts and closures come from Chile, I do hope that regulators here will take the facts serious this time around and not always protect barrick
