I really don't see how they would get a contract of any kind with the Federal Gov. They are not approved to do business with them.

GTC is but they don't sell blimps in boxes and 70% of the revenue would go to phipps anyway.

Let me go out on a limb here for ya flyboy. WSGI will NEVER sell ANY U.S. Federal Agency a blimp of any kind. IMO but hey, 98% is pretty dam& good.
