Good question. It appears, because most of their sales are going thru distributors, that they can ramp up revenue with very little additional overhead. This means the profit margin should grow if management doesn't get overly greedy and take multi-million dollar salaries. That's a big if from what I see in most of these tech companies. If they are profitable at 1.2M in sales that will be a hell of a profit at 40M.
Let's say $25M profit @ 40M revenue. That would equate to .08/share if 300M shares. Not great but still a profit. I could easily see that getting us over .50+/share price. They would be able to quickly pay down all debt and maybe buy back shares. As I said, it only takes a couple of these pennystock newsletters to get a buying frenzy going but they rarely hold up. be ready to sell if you start seeing that happen as you will be able to buy back at the lower price.
$40M looks like a long ways from $1.5M but if they can close a deal with Citigroup/Chase/Cardinal health, etc. that could possibly get them there easily.
I like what I am seeing in growth. I think sales could really snowball after they announce the first big customer.
