KCG - NITE is but one cog in the wheel.

Could you demonstrate the truth of that assertion using Knight's financial reports?

The real profits from the manipulation are likely off-shore in tax havens.

As it has been pointed out, NITE has many LLC's. That is the beauty of wholly owned subs and off-shore tax havens. Very hard for the tax man, let alone the investing public to get their hands on the documented proof.
