That's like saying penny promoter sites don't frontload before sending out alerts. Laughable.
What CNBC does is a bit different. They interview CEOs who naturally say nice things about their companies. They host enthusiastic analysts who also say nice things about the companies they cover. And occasionally they bring on a short or two.
After all, they have many hours of airtime to fill. I think most people understand that.
