Yet RESETS do not hide anything because they still result in FTDs while nobody can seem to point to a particular OTC symbol that has been documented as being manipulated by NITE. Strange but all of these things being thrown around about resets, ex clearing and non tape transaction still do not get around the FTD report.. PERIOD.
