He would not go through the expense and effort to have the revocation order reversed, and make all these changes on a company that does not exist. If you read the intial order that Pink shared with usw a while back, Penstock has a gag order, he cannot promote, advertise or give any info on the company while the order is being decieded upon, that's why I think he is not communicating, for no other reason.
