I agree my post are on the negative side as of late, but unless Penstock breaks his silence, scenarios will continue to be thrown about. He must be aware that the changes being made are causing alot of questions to arise; what about existing customers, are they kept in the dark as well? There may be some legality regarding his silence, who knows? But when you are waiting on a revocation order for a company that seemingly no longer exists, with no response from the ceo, then speculation, negative or otherwise is the end result. And if he has time to laugh at all of our (or just mine) wildly speculative post (yes I admit to that as I have vacillated from an Apple, TMobile, Deutsche etc. bid, takeover etc to bankruptcy) he has time to return an email saying "still working on it".
