would have to agree Watts. to me, this was merely a stabilizing call. nothing more, nothing less. fact is, the lower that price is according the black scholes model when 10/1 arrives, the more shares they will have to give up to the hf's. if it ain't at .35, almost everyone will be seeing some dilutive effects larger than anticipated.

Agree with you....when I'm listening to Mr. Steipp I imagine him in a tall black hat and with a Cain doing a song and dance and in the background are Apple engineers in a lab somewhere in China hunched over an injection machine working long hours.
