Thanks for your insights re: NVS.v

As the Lone Ranger would say to Tonto:

"It's time for NVS to move to the Toronto

Exchange, pronto, Tonto."

NVS/NOVUF C$.72 Steve Toth works for Canaccord in Canada. This is an excerpt from David Pescod's daily email newsletter.

Meanwhile, Steve Toth is the oil and gas analyst for domestic stories and writes this on Novus Energy: “Novus re-
ported second quarter results generally in line on production but a slight miss on cash flow due to a gassier production
mix. The positive point from the quarter is the continued decline in operating costs, down 39% YoY to under $10/boe in
Q2. Its costs in the Viking play averaged $7.38/boe in Q2, owing to its infrastructure and facilities and a growing pro-
duction base. We have maintained our BUY rating and $1.30 target based on a 1.0x multiple to CNAV. Novus is our top
junior pick, given its valuation discount, pure play status in the Viking, and attractive land base and opportunity set; we
view the company as one of the most likely takeout candidates in our coverage universe.”
When we chatted with Brown, he suggested his top three picks in the international field at this time would be Bank-
ers Petroleum number one, Coastal Energy (CEN) number two, and for those looking for something wild and wonderful,
Africa Oil (AOI), he suggests would fill that bill.
Meanwhile, while Toth is talking aggressively about Novus Energy, we also note his rather brave sell recommenda-
tion on Birchcliff Energy (BIR).
