lol, he doesn't realize that Heller once drove the CMKX Speed Truck. And clearly he doesn't know how sleazy Rendal Williams is.

Even so, though, I don't think Heller was really to blame for anything specific. He could, of course, made a great effort to deal with problems in the corporations division.
